All scheduling of GCAC
aircraft and instructors is done over the internet with
an "on-line" scheduler. For those members without
internet access, simply call the Flight Office
(319-545-2101) and make a reservation by speaking with
the person who answers the phone.
To book an aircraft will require
that you know....
...the Club login ID
(green-castle)
...your first and last name which has been used to
make you part of the system
...the password which has been assigned to you.
To get to the GCAC Scheduler,
point and click on the yellow aircraft in the Table of
Contents. Your browser should open to a window at a web
site called AircraftClubs.com. In the upper-left corner
of the new window you will see the navigation stack shown
here. Point and click on the words "Club
Calendar."
In the new window that opens,
merely point and click on the word 
which
is located right below the navigation stack.
Then enter the following
information on the log-on screen:
Club
Login ID:
Green-Castle
First Name: (type
your first name)
Last Name: (type your last name)
Password: (type in the password you have
received)
Once you have accessed the
calendar, feel free to read the directions provided and
see how simple it is to check on the availability of
aircraft and instructors and book one for your flying
enjoyment!
