Remember, we are an all-volunteer club. We almost always have more jobs than there are people or hours to get them done. Check with Don, Terry or Rick if you have some time, expertise or other things to donate.

Snow came early this year! Come out and help Terry and Don.....a whole different set of machinery to run!

Costs have gone up, so fees must also. As of December 6, 2007 the new rates for plane rental wil be as below:
-Beginning immediately hourly rates for planes will increase:
     - Ercoupe                $55.00
     - Citabria                $60.00
     - Cessna 150           $60.00
     - (Cessna Skyhawk NO LONGER AVAILABLE)
     - Piper Cherokee    $80.00
     - Piper Arrow          $95.00
Gasoline surcharges will continue unchanged. Stockholders' Meeting Highlights from 9/16/2007 (unofficial as minutes will not be formally approved until 2008)
-Board members Jim Beeghly, Bob Dunn and Rick Treiber were re-elected to two
     year terms.
Brett Lenz was elected to a two year term, replacing Gary Sheets.
Calvin Colony was elected as alternate Board Member

New Green Castle Blog is up and running
Many of you have no idea what that is, so here is a definition from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A blog (a portmanteau of web log) is a website where entries are written in chronological order and commonly displayed in reverse chronological order. "Blog" can also be used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog.

Blogs provide commentary or news on a particular subject such as food, politics, or local news; some function as more personal online diaries. A typical blog combines text, images, and links to other blogs, web pages, and other media related to its topic. The ability for readers to leave comments in an interactive format is an important part of many blogs.
