Through the musicianship and organizing abilities of Charles Wendt, and a host of other Green Castle members, our Aerp Club held annual fund raising benefit concerts for the Bill Kimble memorial flight scholarship from 2001 through 2007. The Scholarship is awarded annually to a local youth and covers the entire cost of flight instruction for a private pilots license.
